Marketing​/Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

• Graphic Design & Prepress Production:
  Create production-ready artwork for Digital printing (DTG / DTF)
• Graphic Design & Prepress Production:
  Screen printing
• Graphic Design & Prepress Production:
  Embroidery
• Graphic Design & Prepress Production:
  Prepare and separate files for screen printing (spot color separations, halftones, trapping, etc.)
• Graphic Design & Prepress Production:
  Digitize logos and artwork for embroidery using Wilcom
• Graphic Design & Prepress Production:
  Ensure proper file setup including resolution, color modes, vector formatting, and print specifications
• Graphic Design & Prepress Production:
  Create mockups and proofs for client approvals
• Graphic Design & Prepress Production:
  Work closely with production staff to ensure artwork prints accurately and efficiently

• 2+ years experience in the decorated apparel industry
• Strong understanding of:
  Digital garment printing workflows
• Screen printing production processes
• Embroidery production and digitizing
• Software Proficiency:
  Adobe Illustrator (advanced level)
• Software Proficiency:
  Adobe Photoshop (advanced level)
• Software Proficiency:
  Wilcom Embroidery Studio (digitizing and editing)
• Technical Knowledge:
  Vector artwork creation and editing

• Experience with e-commerce website management
• Knowledge of SEO best practices
• Photography and/or short-form video editing skills
• Experience running paid social media campaigns
