Assistant​/Business Admin

We are seeking a reliable, self-driven, and detail-oriented Real Estate Photography Assistant to support our real estate photography operations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys photography, working with people, and being on the move! The assistant will help prepare properties for photography, assist the photographer on location, and ensure all back office tasks are completed in a timely manner.

• Assist the photographer during real estate photo shoots
• Help prepare homes and properties before photography begins
• Make minor adjustments to furniture, décor, lighting, blinds, pillows, and other details to ensure rooms photograph well
• Assist with carrying, organizing, and setting up photography equipment
• Help ensure the photographer captures all necessary rooms, features, and exterior areas
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, real estate agents, and other clients
• Travel to various properties throughout the service area
• Occasionally assist with video, drone, or other media projects as needed
• Perform back office tasks such as booking appointments, managing company schedule, audit and deliver media, and other related tasks

• Comfortable working inside and outside of residential properties

• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift and carry photography equipment
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple properties in a day
• Photography and photoshop experience is a plus, but not required
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
