Position Summary
The Multimedia Specialist (Post-production) creates marketing content with a primary focus on compelling, on-brand photo and video content for various platforms, including social media clips, client and internal videos, promotional features, and presentations. Working closely with cross-functional teams and the Multimedia Manager, this role translates business objectives into effective creative solutions that support communication goals, strengthen brand presence, and ensure adherence to established brand standards.

- Produces and edits custom video, animation, and photo content, combining key messages and storytelling into dynamic assets that work across all internal and external channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand communication needs, translate requirements into creative concepts, and deliver multi-media solutions that support organizational goals.
- Processes, indexes, and archives photo and video assets securely and efficiently for easy access and long-term use.
- Maintains brand standards by incorporating logos, typography, and other design elements into all multimedia content.
- Assists with photo and video shoots, serving as a production assistant or second shooter (may include occasional travel).
- Stays current with trends and tools in multimedia post-production, including editing software and AI-powered technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in digital film/ video, photography, or a related field or equivalent education, training and experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in multimedia field
- Video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Photo editing skills with Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
- Experience with digital asset management.
- Proficient ability to receive, interpret, and apply feedback throughout the editing process.
- Proficient ability to operate photo and video camera, lighting, and audio equipment.
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft suite.
- Experience working with project management software is desirable (i.e. Workfront, Asana, Monday)
