This is a part-time, on-site role based in Dulles, VA, for a Pax Service Agent. The Pax Service Agent will assist passengers with check-in, ticketing, boarding, and ensuring compliance with airline and airport regulations. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, addressing passenger inquiries, assisting with baggage handling, and ensuring a smooth boarding process. The role may also involve supporting passengers with special needs and handling irregular operations effectively.

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to effectively assist passengers and handle inquiries.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making when managing challenging situations or passenger concerns.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to adhere to safety protocols and maintain professionalism at all times.
• Previous experience in aviation, customer service, or hospitality is a plus.
• Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is an asset to assist passengers from diverse backgrounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in aviation or customer service are advantageous.
