Azienda operante nel settore della consulenza per le utilities ricerca una figura da inserire nel proprio team. La risorsa sarà responsabile della gestione dei rapporti con la clientela e garantirà un servizio di assistenza completo e professionale.
Mansioni principali- Gestire i rapporti con la clientela, consolidando il rapporto di fiducia tra l’azienda e il cliente
- Fornire informazioni complete ed esaustive sui servizi offerti
- Gestire eventuali problematiche e richieste dei clienti in modo tempestivo ed efficace
- Attività di back‑office, con inserimento dati e aggiornamento delle informazioni relative ai clienti
- Proattività nella gestione delle attività quotidiane
- Spiccate doti relazionali e ottime capacità comunicative
- Capacità di problem solving e gestione delle situazioni complesse
- Competenze informaticheutilizzo di software gestionali e posta elettronica)
- Contratto a tempo determinato di 3 mesi prorogabile
- Orario di lavoro full‑time
