Customer Service Representative

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Powhatan, VA. The position is primarily office-based, with the possibility of some travel to local schools during busy seasons when needed. The Customer Service Representative will handle inquiries, provide customer support, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include managing customer interactions, resolving complaints, and contributing to a positive customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving.

• Proven experience in Customer Service and Customer Support roles
• Learns quickly and can adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Strong skills in fostering Customer Satisfaction and ensuring a positive Customer Experience
• Is personable and professional with customers and school personnel.
• Ability to handle inquiries and resolve concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
• Proficiency in computer applications and customer management systems
• Can juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
• Prior experience in photography is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus

• Full-time: 35-40 hrs/wk – Flexible Work Week – M-F 8hrs/day or M-Th 10hrs/day
• $20-$25/hour based on experience

School photography experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
