• Register members and guests as they enter the facility.
• Enforce policies and procedures of the facility.
• Know current events and promotions of the facility.
• Receive and account for all cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
• Explain and promote all services, club activities, and programs to potential members.
• Maintain membership cards and take pictures.
• Operate cash register in Point‑of‑Sale accurately.
• Answer the telephone promptly and take proper messages.
• Work scheduled shifts and find own replacement if unable to work.
• Orient members to equipment as needed.
• Report equipment problems or malfunctions to supervisor.
• Perform maintenance and housekeeping duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Make coffee and serve juice when applicable for the members.

• Minimum 2 years of high school education.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Work permit required if under 18 years of age.
• No prior experience required; AHA BLS‑HCP certification may be required.
