The City of Suffolk is looking for a Dispatcher to work in the Police Department’s Emergency Communications Center. This role requires answering 911 and non-emergency calls, dispatching emergency services, and maintaining effective communication under pressure.
Applicants should possess a high school diploma, Dispatcher State certification, and have at least two years of dispatch experience. The starting salary is $55,368, with a possible signing bonus of $4,000 for experienced candidates.
