Responsibilities

  • Maintain high customer retention, customer satisfaction, and monitor customer complaints.
  • Contact service customers after their visit to monitor quality control and satisfaction.
  • Contact customers on the day following delivery of a vehicle.
  • Ensure proper managers receive copies of any written complaints.
  • Keep records of all customer complaints and solutions.
  • Assist in resolving complaints that cannot be handled by Sales Consultants, Service Advisors, or Managers.
  • After connecting a dissatisfied customer with the appropriate personnel, follow up with all parties to determine actions taken.
  • Continue follow‑up until a complaint is completely resolved.
  • Prepare delivery call reports for the Customer Relations Manager.
  • Print and distribute customer‑related reports.
  • Provide feedback to improve the new vehicle delivery process through follow‑up calls based on customer responses.
  • Ensure surveys are completed in a timely manner.
  • Help the Parts Department track orders, notify customers when parts arrive, and develop a follow‑up system for special‑order parts.
  • Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company’s Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, associates, and suppliers.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Meet the Company’s employment requirements.
  • Prolonged periods of personal computer usage and data entry.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Possess excellent phone skills and organizational skills.
  • Two years of customer service experience (preferred).
  • Professional appearance.
