Customer Service Advisor

Bimmer World is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to support our sales team. In this role you will deliver a premium shopping and service experience to every customer.

Provide customer support through phone calls, emails, and Live Chat.

• General customer service and order support
• Respond promptly to customer order inquiries
• Work through warranty and return scenarios to find a solution for the customer
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
• Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints
• Maintain regular and prompt attendance
• Perform other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Familiar with point-of-sale and e-commerce technology
• Proficient typing and computer skills
