Position OverviewAs a Customer Service Specialist with Wallen Garage Doors, you'll be the friendly voice and helping hand that our customers and technicians rely on. Join our Service Excellence Team and contribute to creating positive and memorable experiences for our team and everyone we serve.
Responsibilities- Engage with customers via phone and email, providing assistance and answering inquiries.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact to job completion.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs effectively.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Routing and dispatching technicians to locations according to predetermined schedules, customer requests or immediate needs.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for exceeding expectations.
- Salary Range: $15-$25 per hour (based on experience)
