The Swift Creek Family YMCA is seeking a part-time, personable Member Services Associate to provide quality service to members and prospective members in a fast-paced environment.
The role includes answering phones, greeting members, processing memberships, and completing program registrations. Candidates should have excellent customer service, strong computer skills, and be at least 18 years old with a HS diploma or GED.
