Dental Assistant​/Receptionist

Dental Greetings is looking for a long-term applicant who is focused on working with a close knitted small family oriented team.

Currently we are looking for an immediate start with the position for 4 days a week. We are flexible with which days from Monday-Friday which can be discussed at the interview.

The role involves:

• - Reception duties
• - Instrument sterilization
• - Chair-side assisting
• - Certain lab work

• - Ideally minimum 6-12 months of dental assisting experience
• - Ideally minimum 6-12 months of reception/administrative experience

The successful applicant must be/have:

• - Great verbal and written communication
• - Excellent phone manner
• - Great work ethics, organizational skills and reliable with time
• - Motivated and willing to learn
• - Good time management, able to multitask and prioritize tasks
• - Neat presentation
• - Attention to detail
• - Trustworthy, down to earth, caring, easy going

Duties will be split between chairside assisting and reception duties however one of our main criteria which will be heavily favoured upon is exceptional phone etiquette and mannerisms. We are also happy to provide training for the right staff.
