We are seeking a caring, dependable, and motivated Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our collaborative team. This role is designed for a clinician who prioritizes high-quality care and values building meaningful patient relationships. In our practice, we emphasize precision over speed, ensuring you have the necessary time for thorough treatments and personalized patient education without the pressure of rushed appointments.

• $45 - $60 per hour

Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

• License & Certification:
  Cardiopulmonary resuscitation, Basic life support, Licensed dental hygienist
• Licensure:
  Valid Virginia Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.
• Certification:
  Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Communication:
  Positive attitude with strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Clinical Excellence:

• Experience:
  
  Prior experience in a clinical dental setting is preferred.
• Specialization:
  Previous experience in a periodontal practice is a significant advantage.

• Specialized Periodontal Care:
  Perform thorough dental cleanings, including manual and ultrasonic scaling, polishing, and comprehensive periodontal maintenance.
• Diagnostics and Charting:
  Conduct accurate periodontal charting and capture high-quality digital X-rays to assist in treatment planning.

  Provide personalized oral health counseling, specifically tailored to the unique needs of periodontal and implant patients.

  Work closely with the periodontist and the clinical team to coordinate treatment plans and monitor patient progress.
