Vibrant Smile Dentistry is searching for an AMAZING Dental Hygienist to join our fast paced, growing office!
Vibrant Smile Dentistry is an energetic, fast paced office with great patients! We love to have fun, work hard and take care of our patients! Our ideal Hygienist put our patients best interest first, they will bring preventive procedures to our office that will benefit our patient! We don't just want to prophy around here, we want to offer our patients things that will help keep them out of the dental chair!

That starts with YOU, the education that you give your patient is vital and VERY important!

Real Time: 90 minute New Patients & SRP, 60 min recares. No rushing!

Top-Tier Pay: $55-$65 hour based on experience, plus a monthly bonus that isn’t a joke.

• Provide gentle, thorough cleanings and deep cleanings (SRP).
• Take sharp, accurate digital X-rays and intraoral photos.
• Check patients for periodontal disease and oral cancer.
• Give practical home care tips without sounding preachy.
• Apply sealants and fluoride varnish or any other preventive tools
• Partner with the doctor for smooth, stress-free exams.
• Spot needed dental work and guide patients toward treatment.

• Associate’s Degree from a school certified by the Commission on Dental Accreditation, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred
• Current Dental Hygienist licensure
• A warm personality that makes patients forget they are in a dental chair.
• The ability to educate without lecturing.
