• ~250 births annually at Virginia Hospital
• Hospital is “Baby Friendly” and offers remote fetal monitoring.
• Family Medicine physicians with surgical OB provide backup for C‑sections.
• Market‑leading pay and relocation package; substantial benefits including at least 6 weeks off per year.
• On‑site chronic disease management nursing support and 24/7 nurse online triage.
• Multi‑specialty clinic with 9 Family Medicine physicians, 4 advanced practitioners, and integrated behavioral health, anesthesiology, dermatology, obstetrics/gynecology, occupational medicine, ophthalmology, otolaryngology, orthopedics, general surgery and visiting specialties.
• Clinic offers laboratory, radiology, retail pharmacy, optical shop, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, cancer center, regional heart center with CHF clinic, and warfarin clinic.
• Virginia Hospital: 30 beds, Level I nursery, Level IV trauma center, and certified stroke readiness.
• Call coverage required.
• EPIC integrated with Essentia system.

• Approx. 60 miles from Duluth, MN; 150 miles north of Minneapolis/St. Paul.
• Service area: 30,000 residents;

• $323,400 base salary; eligible for bonuses, quality incentives, or production‑based compensation.
