• Teaching - Faculty member will teach medical students and house staff, participate in formal conferences for house staff and students, attend weekly Grand Rounds, and lecture upon request.
• Research - Faculty member will participate in clinical and translational research projects, and when appropriate lead clinical research and clinical trials.
• Service - Faculty member will serve on departmental, School of Medicine, and/or University committees as necessary, and in professional capacities such as reviewer or conference organizer.
• Clinical - Primary clinical responsibilities include care of patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

• BC/BE in Neurology
• Successful completion of an ACGME-accredited neurology residency in the U.S. or Canada and a Movement Disorders Fellowship
• Demonstrated ability to work in and foster an environment of respect, professionalism, and civility with a population of faculty, staff, and students from all backgrounds and experiences, or a commitment to do so as a faculty at VCU
