A community college in Virginia is seeking an adjunct instructor for the Principles of Residential Building Construction Inspections course. The instructor will teach students about the USBC code and the inspection process for residential buildings. Candidates must have an Associate’s degree or higher, ICC certification as a Residential Building Inspector, and ideally possess Master Code Professional certification. Experience in education and communication with a diverse population is essential.

This position will be part-time.
