• Deliver lesson plans and instructional materials provided by the regular teacher, ensuring that learning objectives are met.
• Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively and implement school‑wide behavior management policies.
• Assess and evaluate student progress, providing feedback to students and communicating with parents as needed.
• Collaborate with other educators and staff to support student learning and development.
• Maintain accurate attendance records and report any issues or concerns to school administration.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and training sessions as required.
• Support students with diverse learning needs, adapting instruction and materials as necessary.
• Develop positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to promote a strong school community.

• Previous experience in a classroom setting, preferably in a substitute or teaching role.
