Right At School provides local school districts with before and after school extended day programs that focus on disguised learning activities and daily enrichment dedicated to the success of all students. Pay Rate & HoursProgram Manager Pay Rate: $19-$22/hr (based on education and experience)
Program
Hours:
Beginning with the academic school year. Qualified candidates will not begin work until August 2026 until Monday through Friday 5:30 AM‑8:45 AM and 2:50 PM‑6:00 PM.
- Ensure safety and joy standards are met by supporting the clear definition of roles and responsibilities for staff. Maintain operational efficiency through up‑to‑date site documents, licensing standards, attendance protocols, behavior policies, and safety procedures.
- Provide continual coaching and foster respectful relationships among staff to address challenges promptly, maintaining team cohesion and productivity.
- Support and report on safety protocols, ensuring the well‑being of all participants and submitting proof of required immunizations.
- Maintain compliance with required documentation, including health‑screening records and state‑specific requirements.
- Engage meaningfully with families, partners, peers, and children to support effective communication and relationship building. Respond promptly to emails, text messages, and inquiries during program hours.
- Maintain accurate records for student check‑ins and check‑outs and ensure “name‑to‑face” attendance procedures are completed per company policy.
- Implement daily activities, fitness fun, and curriculum while providing a safe and engaging environment.

- Experience working among competing priorities and delivering quality service to all stakeholders.
- High school diploma or GED completed.
- Experience working with children and knowledge of unique and special needs.
- Coursework or training in child development and/or related field.
- Strong communication skills – oral, written, and visual – with adults and children.
- Ability to model professional standards when dealing with students, parents, staff, and community.
- Familiarity with Google technology or willingness to learn.
- First Aid and CPR – in‑person certification.
- Cleared tuberculosis test.
- 21 years or older.
- Education and experience options (choose any that apply):
- Graduate degree in a child‑related field with six months of programmatic experience.
- Or bachelor’s degree in a child‑related field with one year of programmatic experience.
- Or forty‑eight semester hours or 72 quarter hours of college credit with child‑related subjects and one year of programmatic experience.
- Or two years of programmatic experience with one year in a staff supervisory capacity and at least one of the following backgrounds:
- One‑year early childhood certificate of at least thirty semester hours.
- A child development credential requiring: high school completion, 480 weeks of child work (including practicum), competency in promoting development, managing classroom environment, and at least 120 hours of child‑related training.
- A certification of qualification from an internationally or nationally recognized Montessori organization.
