Position: JPME Curriculum Developer/ Part-Time Training Developer

Chitra is seeking a Part-Time JPME
- Curriculum Developer/Training Developer for the following roles and responsibilities:

Core Responsibilities
  • Support institutionalization of DRRS training across the DoD.
  • Develop new training products when requested by JDTC/DIO.
  • Maintain and update:
    • Course curricula
    • Programs of instruction
    • Practical exercises (PEs)
    • Training materials.
  • Prepare documentation needed to maintain JPME certification
    of courses.
  • Identify and help establish new venues for DRRS training (e.g., JDTC, CGSC).
  • Coordinate with:
    • Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD)
    • Joint Staff training proponents
    • Readiness community stakeholders.
  • Develop:
    • Presentations
    • Technical reports
    • Point papers
    • Training documentation.
Required Knowledge & Experience

The curriculum developer should possess:

  • Strong DRRS knowledge and experience.
  • Understanding of DoD readiness reporting policies.
  • Familiarity with JTIMS, JTT, JLLIS, and related readiness systems.
  • Knowledge of Joint education environments.
  • Understanding of DRRS Operational Employment curriculum.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Desired Qualifications
  • JPME instructor certification.
  • Graduate degree in Adult Education or National Security.
  • Experience serving in a Joint Command.
  • Experience developing military or adult-learning curricula.
Deliverables
  • Training materials.
  • Curriculum revisions.
  • Presentation materials.
  • Technical reports/studies.
  • Monthly status reports.
  • Meeting minutes and trip reports.
Security Requirements
  • Must possess and maintain a Top-Secret clearance (NACLC within 5 years/in scope).
  • Must complete required security, IA, OPSEC, and AT Level 1 training.
  • Ability to handle classified information up to SECRET via SIPRNet.

Work location is on-site at Fort Eustis, VA
