Job DescriptionThis role supports the strategic operations of the student services team in several capacities. Supports Testing Services by administering and proctoring exams across campus locations. Provides high-quality customer service to test candidates, ensuring an environment conducive to course and high‑stakes certification and licensure exam completion. Supports other student services initiatives including event support and administrative support for Food Pantry operations and Career Services.
CompensationThe hourly pay range for this position is $17.84-$24.08. The actual starting hourly rate will be commensurate with education, credentials, and/or experience. The position is part time and cannot exceed 29 hours per week and is not eligible for health or leave benefits. However, the position may offer educational benefits through our professional development and educational assistance policies.
Minimum Qualifications- Demonstrated ability to multitask and work with minimum supervision in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong computer hardware, software, internet, and troubleshooting skills.
- High level organizational skills, problem solving abilities, and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication skills, including ability to understand and interpret written and oral instructions effectively and professionally.
- Possess a high level of integrity and personal responsibility.
- Uphold high levels of professionalism and student/exam candidate confidentiality at all times.
- Experience in providing administrative support.
- Experience in test proctoring.
- Experience working with diverse populations.
- Experience providing student or community services.
