Adjunct Faculty Pool — Surgical Technology
We are seeking qualified adjunct faculty members to teach developmental and/or college‑level courses in the Surgical Technology discipline on a course‑by‑course, semester basis. Teaching may include distance‑learning and face‑to‑face instruction as needed. Candidates must be able to perform in‑person or remote instruction when required.
Responsibilities- Teach assigned courses in Surgical Technology.
- Develop and deliver course content, including assessments and instructional materials.
- Use faculty tools to facilitate student success.
- Participate in faculty meetings and professional development activities.
- May provide on‑campus or distance instruction based on curriculum needs.
- Minimum education:
National Board of Surgical Technology, Surgical Assisting Certified, and Surgical Technologists Certificate. - Expert knowledge and experience in Surgical Technology and related fields.
- History of successful teaching or related experience.
- Two years of teaching experience and work experience in the field.
- Experience with online teaching platforms.
- Legal and professional background checks and references required.
- Travel to any college campus or site as assigned.
- Telework options available subject to business needs.
- Position will not consider candidates requiring immigration sponsorship at this time.
