Southwest Community Church in Roanoke, VA, is seeking a Next Generation Pastor to lead ministries from birth through college age. This full-time role requires vision, care, and direction for a growing church and will involve leading student ministry, developing discipleship pathways, and training volunteers.
The ideal candidate will have a clear testimony of faith, strong theological discernment, and 3–5+ years of ministry experience. An undergraduate degree is required.
A competitive salary of $50,000–$65,000 with a benefits package is offered.
