(The role is part‑time adjunct faculty; appointment is ranked, without state benefits. Salary commensurate with experience and graduate education.)

Adjunct faculty members are responsible for effectively planning and teaching Spanish courses in classroom, face‑to‑face, and online settings, catering to students with a variety of academic backgrounds. Faculty will deliver lesson plans, assessments, and feedback in a manner that supports student‑centered learning and provides an innovative e‑learning experience.

• Master’s degree in Spanish or related field, OR Master’s degree with 18 graduate semester hours of Spanish.
• Demonstrated teaching experience in a community‑college setting, including face‑to‑face and online modalities, preferably using Canvas.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work with students from diverse backgrounds.
• Must successfully pass the college’s pre‑employment security screening.
