Adjunct Faculty - Health Information Management
Blue Ridge Community College (BRCC) invites applications for the Part‑time Adjunct Faculty position in Health Information Management. The role may involve teaching day, evening, online, or hybrid courses and may be combined with other duties.
Responsibilities
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Assist the institution or state government in the event of an emergency declaration by the Governor.
Qualifications
- High school diploma and five years related occupational experience.
- Health Information Management certification from a national provider.
- Relevant education, training, experience, and/or certifications.
Application Requirements
- Submit an online application; teaching demonstration may be required.
- Complete a criminal background investigation which may include fingerprint checks, local agency checks, employment verification, education verification, and credit checks.
- Complete the Commonwealth’s Statement of Economic Interest if required.
