This professional librarian position, reporting to the Continuing Electronic Resources Manager, requires independent expertise in MARC records, troubleshooting, and assessment within a complex academic library environment. The role shapes how the department supports discovery, access, and responsible use of library collections to meet evolving scholarly and research needs.
KeyQualifications
- Master's degree in Library Science from ALA-accredited program or relevant graduate degree
- 0-4 years of professional experience in library science
- Demonstrated experience with assessment methodologies and analytics tools such as Counter Metrics
- Experience with electronic resource management systems and troubleshooting complex access issues
- Proficiency with World Share Record Manager, Marc Edit, and ILS record management
- Experience working collaboratively across departments in a complex organization
