NOVA Workforce seeks an experienced instructor to deliver classroom training that prepares students to pass SHRM certification exams (CP and/or SCP). This is a non-credit course requiring 36 instructional hours for adult learners, taught evenings and/or Saturdays.
Adjunct faculty may teach face-to-face, remote, and online, with no guaranteed continued employment. Must reside in the (DC, VA, MD) DMV area and hold SHRM credentials; teaching load varies with enrollment and staffing needs.
