Key Qualifications- Valid certification in Special Education
- Experience in co-teaching settings preferred
- Ability to adapt instruction for diverse learners
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Willingness to work onsite at both primary and middle school levels
- Serve as a co-teacher for grades 3-4 at Blackstone Primary and grades 7-8 at Nottoway Middle School (caseloads under 10 students per assignment)
- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student needs
- Collaborate with general education teachers, families, and staff to provide inclusive learning environments
- Employ innovative instructional strategies that promote student success
- Maintain accurate documentation and support student progress
