River Road Early Learning Center is looking for preschool teachers to join our team! We are seeking enthusiastic, dependable, and experienced early childhood educators who are passionate about teaching young children and creating meaningful learning experiences.

Part-Time & Full-Time Opportunities

We are seeking enthusiastic, dependable, and experienced early childhood educators who are passionate about teaching young children and creating meaningful learning experiences. We also encourage college students who are interested in pursuing a career working with children to apply. This can be a wonderful opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in an early childhood classroom while completing your degree.

• Competitive pay: $16–$18 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
• Dental and vision benefits available to full-time employees.
• Part-time and full-time opportunities available.

• Part-Time: 12:30 PM – 5:30 PM.
• Full-Time: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM.

We have opportunities available across our Infant, Toddler, Two-Year-Old, and Three-Year-Old classrooms, as well as Floater positions supporting classrooms throughout the school.

• Have previous preschool or early childhood education experience or are pursuing a degree/career working with children.
• Are dependable, responsible, and professional.
• Are patient, nurturing, and enthusiastic.
• Enjoy working with young children.
• Create a positive and engaging classroom environment.
• Work well as part of a team.
• Are eager to learn and grow as an educator.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow teachers.

At River Road Early Learning Center, we believe young children learn best through relationships, hands‑on experiences, exploration, play, and meaningful instruction. Our teachers help children grow socially, emotionally, physically, and academically while creating a classroom environment where every child feels valued and encouraged.
