Primary Responsibilities- Provide engaging, hands-on instruction in welding.
- Utilize instructional technology and active learning approaches to enhance student outcomes.
- Assess and evaluate student performance using varied techniques.
- Participate in scheduled ATI activities and meetings.
- Maintain professional development to stay current in the welding field.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Associate degree in Welding or related trades field.
- Minimum 5 years of recent work experience in the welding industry.
- Ability to adapt to various learning styles and skill levels.
- Strong time management and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with computer applications and willingness to learn new software.
