• Full-time position (35 - 37.5 hours per week)
• School-based contract opportunity
• Supporting Elementary trough High School students (caseloads will vary)
• Collaborative special education and related services teams

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with disabilities
• Provide specialized instruction in accordance with student goals and state standards
• Adapt curriculum and instructional strategies to meet diverse learning needs
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, administrators, and families
• Participate in EP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaboration
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
• Maintain compliance with state and federal special education regulations

• Virginia Speech Language Pathologist license and appropriate teaching credentials
• Previous school-based special education experience preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills
• Positive professional references from the past two years
