Virginia Commonwealth University seeks an accomplished Associate or Full Professor in Information Systems to lead a research program at the intersection of artificial intelligence, advanced analytics, and healthcare systems. The position is housed in the VCU School of Business Information Systems Department, which values high-impact research, innovative teaching, and cross-disciplinary collaboration. The successful candidate will maintain an internationally recognized research program, secure external funding, mentor junior faculty and doctoral students, and contribute to curriculum development.

• Ph.D. with internationally recognized research program integrating artificial intelligence and advanced analytics in healthcare systems
• Record of publication in high-quality peer-reviewed journals appropriate to career stage
• Demonstrated ability to work in and foster an environment of respect, professionalism and civility with diverse faculty, staff and students
• Record of pursuing or securing external research funding, or demonstrated potential to do so
• Evidence of excellence or strong potential in teaching, mentoring, and academic leadership
• Demonstrated success or strong potential in collaborative transdisciplinary research
