Job SummaryProvide direction and supervision of I and C technicians. Direct and coordinate maintenance activities on instrumentation systems. Provide support and interface with other departments. Schedule and coordinate work load for I and C technicians and perform administrative duties. Analyze and prepare responses to station deviations, commitments and audits. Develop departmental procedures for systems, review and approve procedures/procedure changes.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience- 5+ years of directly related craft experience (with preferred Bachelor's degree).
- In lieu of preferred related Bachelor's degree, may substitute related Associate's degree and 7+ years of directly related craft experience, or High School diploma/GED and 9+ years of directly related craft experience that demonstrates knowledge of relevant fundamental theories, principles and concepts.
- Requires completion of the Instrument Technician Development Program or equivalent training and development.
- Shall have 4 years experience in craft or discipline to be supervised.
- Experience must include power plant experience of at least 2 years, nuclear power plant experience to include 1 year, and on-site experience to include .25 yr.
- High School diploma.
- Bachelor’s degree in Technical Studies (other disciplines may be substituted for the preferred disciplines(s) listed above).
- ANSI/ANS-3.1-2014, Section 4.4.7.
- Minimum experience for the position: 3 years.
- Power plant experience: 2 years.
- Nuclear power plant experience: 1 year.
- On-site experience: .25 year.

What You’ll GetExpected Hiring Base Salary Range: $102,300 - $132,800. The actual salary offered may vary based on factors such as the selected candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and work location. This is not intended to represent the full salary range for the position or limit future compensation growth.
