Responsibilities- Design and execute experiments for the development of precious metal powder catalysts.
- Optimize catalyst formulations and processes for scale-up and commercial production.
- Conduct catalyst performance tests in reactors (reaction vessels or fixed-bed systems) under various operating conditions.
- Analyze and interpret experimental data to improve catalyst efficiency and stability.
- Develop and implement testing standards and procedures in collaboration with senior colleagues.
- Translate research findings into practical applications for industrial processes.
- Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Master’s degree in catalysis, organic chemistry, material chemistry, or related field with ≥5 years industrial experience in catalyst development.
- Ph.D. in the same fields with ≥3 years relevant experience.
- Proven experience in precious metal powder catalyst development, scale-up, and production.
- Hands-on experience in catalyst performance evaluation in reactors (batch or fixed-bed).
- Strong ability to conduct literature and market studies to generate innovative ideas.
- Project leadership and resource coordination skills with excellent teamwork spirit.
- Proficiency in data analysis and report generation.
- Clear and effective communication skills for technical guidance and collaboration.
- Ability to work in an international environment with diverse teams.
- Familiarity with compliance standards and safety regulations in catalyst manufacturing.
- Business-oriented mindset to align technical solutions with organizational objectives.
