As a Process Engineering Specialist, you’ll analyze operations, develop smart and efficient procedures, and partner closely with groups such as HSE, Quality, Production, Maintenance, Inventory, and Test. You’ll play a critical role in advancing the successful roll‑out of Global Product Group (GPG) standard products and processes—enhancing flow, efficiency, and performance across the operation.

** How you’ll make an impact
*** Monitor and assess the overall health of GPG standard processes.
* Analyze and improve production flow, operator movement, and area layout.
* Lead or participate in Kaizen and continuous improvement activities.
* Create and maintain Work Instructions and Standard Work.
* Identify and execute CAPEX and cost‑out improvement projects.
* Collaborate across HSE, Engineering, Production, Quality, and Procurement.
* Troubleshoot issues while balancing urgency with safety and quality requirements.
* Use software tools to conduct analyses, prepare reports, and support engineering activities.### ###
** Your background
*** Degree in Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
* Experience with production or manufacturing processes.
* Familiarity with Lean methodologies and continuous improvement principles.
* Ability to analyze data using standard engineering and computer tools.
* Strong communication skills for working across departments.
* Ability to resolve routine technical problems using sound engineering judgment.###
