Manufacturing Engineering Manager

Join our client as they launch a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility dedicated to producing innovative cooling systems for the rapidly growing data center industry. As the Manufacturing Engineering Manager
, you will play a pivotal leadership role in establishing production operations from the ground up. From designing workflows to scaling full production lines, you’ll be at the center of transforming conceptual designs into high-performing, real-world solutions.

• Lead the full lifecycle of production development during plant launch, including equipment layout, tooling design, and process workflows.
• Spearhead initiatives to optimize manufacturing operations with a strong focus on lean principles
  , efficiency
  , and waste reduction
  .
• Oversee the installation and commissioning of new capital equipment to support production targets and quality standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, operations, and quality teams to ensure seamless new product introduction (NPI).
• Establish process controls, monitor performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement efforts post-launch.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical
  , Industrial
  , or Manufacturing Engineering (or a related technical field).
• 5+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing engineering
  , including at least 2 years in a leadership or team management role.
• Prior involvement in plant start-up
  , ramp-up
  , or greenfield operations is highly preferred.
• Proven expertise in lean manufacturing
  , process development
  , and equipment commissioning
  .
• Strong technical problem-solving ability and an aptitude for driving cross-functional alignment.
