When you join our team, you’ll be part of a special collection of problem solvers, thought leaders, and innovators.
Join us and take your place in space.
The National Systems Group (NSG) serves as the technical advisor to the Intelligence Community and its mission partners involved in the collection and distribution of national and tactical intelligence, including electronics programs, advanced technologies, ground and communications, imagery programs, and systems engineering and launch.
Within NSG, the Electronic Programs Division (EPD) serves as signals intelligence (SIGINT) domain experts to define, deliver, and analyze performance for SIGINT systems. The Future Capabilities team resides within the EPD Program Office, delivering modeling and simulation-based performance assessments to inform SIGINT architecture and engineering decisions.
What You’ll Be Doing- Collaborate across NSG and with members of Aerospace’s Defense Systems Group (DSG) to provide multi-phenomenology end-to-end performance analyses supporting cross-domain customer modeling needs.
- Engage with Government Customers and representatives, including stakeholders and development contractors, while coordinating with support contractors.
- Lead the Future Capabilities team in leveraging Aerospace's Engineering and Technology Group (ETG) expertise to complete relevant modeling, analysis, and assessment tasks.
- Guide the evolution and maintenance of analytical tools and system models used to inform expected performance of SIGINT payloads and architecture elements.
- Present technical recommendations and findings to Senior Government Customers.
- Manage professional technical staff (PTS) budget allocations and usage across the Aerospace program office and ETG support teams.
- Support Future Capabilities team staff development, plan and execute hiring activities, and manage the day-to-day execution of team activities.
