Description
Centex Technologies is seeking a Dell VxRail Resident Engineer to support onsite planning, deployment, and administration of VxRail at a federal customer in Quantico, VA. You will manage day-to-day VMware operations, perform knowledge transfer, and leverage your Linux skills in a mission-critical environment.
This position requires:- US Citizenship
- Active Secret clearance
- Deploy and configure DellEMC VxRail clusters and associated VMware components.
- Spin up VMs, manage VMware resources, and perform routine HCI administration.
- Provide limited training and knowledge transfer to customer administrators.
- Assist with Windows server and domain controller moves as required.
- Use Linux (Red Hat) to support VxRail and related services.
- Document configuration, changes, and standard operating procedures.

Requirements- 3+ years of VMware vSphere experience.
- 2+ years working with VxRail or related HCI solutions.
- Strong Linux (Red Hat) skills.
- Active Secret clearance and ability to work onsite in Quantico, VA.
- Strong communication and customer-service orientation.
- Experience with VMware Horizon and CAC environments.
- Relevant Dell or VMware certifications.
