Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Deputy Project Leader to support operations in Boydton, VA
. This role will manage telecom construction projects to ensure they are delivered on time, on budget, and to required technical standards.
- Lead design, deployment, scheduling, and coordination of telecom projects and subcontractors.
- Manage budgets, cash flow, manpower planning, and overall project financial performance.
- Handle estimates, proposals, change orders, documentation, and contract compliance.
- Ensure timely project delivery, issue resolution, punch‑list completion, and continuous improvement.
- 5–7+ years of telecom construction experience
- Strong CPM scheduling skills using P6 or Microsoft Project.
- Solid knowledge of fiber, structured cabling, CCTV, OSP/ISP copper, and DAS systems.
- Proven leadership on complex projects (airports, federal aviation, higher‑ed, transit).
- Proficient in Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Accubid, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to obtain clearance
- Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000 based on years of experience
