Overview
Senior Facilities Engineering Lead responsible for guiding facility improvements, championing reliability, and ensuring that buildings and systems operate safely, sustainably, and efficiently. You will solve complex challenges, drive modernization, and coach others as they grow, influencing impactful projects and collaborating across teams in a world-class organization. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
How you’ll make an impact- Lead facility upgrades, renovations, and layout modifications
- Oversee maintenance, repairs, and system performance
- Drive health, safety, and regulatory compliance
- Partner with contractors and service providers
- Monitor HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Implement sustainability and energy‑saving initiatives
- Conduct inspections, track issues, and take corrective actions
- Coach team members and support operational needs
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
- Several years’ experience in facilities engineering or building systems management
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects independently
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety standards
- Experience coordinating contractors and maintenance teams
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, and leadership capabilities
