Temporary Works Design Engineer

Skanska is seeking a dynamic Temporary Works Design Engineer to contribute to the design of municipal infrastructure, highways, railways, transit systems, airports, harbors, bridges, tunnels, and water and sewage treatment facilities.

• Design temporary works, including falsework, formwork, pile templates, and other supporting systems.
• Perform budgeting, scheduling, and coordination of temporary works construction.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws, safety standards, and company policies.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and project management teams to support project delivery.

• Minimum 2 years of heavy civil infrastructure industry experience.
• Proficiency in structural software such as STAAD Pro, RISA, SAP 2000, or civil‑technology software such as Civil Tech, PLAXIS, and AutoCAD.
• At least 2 years experience with falsework, formwork, pile templates, and temporary works design.
• Bachelor of Science in Construction, Engineering, or equivalent experience plus minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong team‑player attitude and experience in heavy civil construction.
