Responsibilities- Operate and maintain thin film deposition equipment to ensure flawless production quality.
- Perform regular preventive maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to successfully implement process improvements.
- Monitor equipment performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize efficiency.
- Strictly adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Education with an industry‐related associate degree; or working towards a STEM related degree; or equivalent military training and experience; or equivalent work experience.
- Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills; excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work 12‑hour shifts (3 on/4 off and 4 on/3 off) including night shift.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering, materials science, or a related field.
- Experience with semiconductor manufacturing processes; familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and other quality control methodologies.
- Certification in equipment maintenance or a relevant technical area.
