Our company, headquartered in Cincinnati, OH, is an Engineering Consultancy that provides full‑service engineering, procurement, and construction management (EPCM) services to industrial process manufacturers in pulp & paper, chemical, consumer packaged goods, food & beverage, power, and heavy industrial markets across the nation. Position:
Project Manager – Engineering Design

Location:

Appleton, WI (hybrid) – 30% travel required
Salary: $160,000 – $200,000 per year

• Lead projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all details are covered.
• Define and document engineering scope and vision.
• Ensure timely delivery of all project deliverables.
• Coordinate resources, including drawings and site visits.
• Exceed client expectations and drive project success.
• Track and manage project costs.
• Adapt to changes quickly and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Resolve client issues promptly.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with client policies and procedures.
• Manage budgets, purchase orders, and invoicing.
• Anticipate future project needs and opportunities.
• Travel up to 30% for site visits.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent project management experience.
• Proven experience managing engineering projects.
• Knowledge of engineering processes.
• Ability to build strong client relationships and uncover new opportunities.
• Track record of delivering projects on budget and on time.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Experience in Food & Beverage, Pulp & Paper, and Consumer Products is a plus.
• PMP certification preferred.
