Position Overview

We are hiring mid‑career Project Schedulers to support a full range of engineering and construction projects in our Industrial market. The role involves building and maintaining resource‑loaded schedules, analyzing critical paths, preparing progress reports, and collaborating closely with project managers, engineers, procurement and construction teams.

Location
  • Position may be based in a district or area office or on a project site, depending on business needs.
  • Candidates must be willing to travel and relocate as required to support project assignments.
  • Relocation assistance or a per‑diem may be provided for the duration of assignments.
Responsibilities
  • Support engineering design and construction projects of all sizes, ensuring schedule quality and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, designers, estimators, procurement staff, construction managers and contractors to develop detailed project schedules from concept through construction.
  • Develop resource‑loaded schedules, milestones, critical approvals, long‑lead procurement items and other deliverables.
  • Define schedule logic, constraints, realistic activity durations, and available manpower.
  • Assess the impact of design changes and schedule slippages, and inform management and clients of updates.
  • Apply knowledge of engineering, procurement and construction terminology to maintain critical path logic networks and forecast future planning.
  • Prepare standard progress reports and document variations in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate schedule development, maintenance and review with project teams.
  • Upload original and updated resources to reflect current status.
  • Maintain documentation of all schedule submittals for future time‑adjustment requests.
  • Coordinate revised or recovery schedules as needed.
  • Produce written narratives for schedule submittals.
  • Track contract documents, change orders and amendments related to schedule adherence.
  • Interpret performance curve data, forecast productivity, and provide manpower information for forecasting.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of construction/engineering scheduling experience with resource‑loaded schedules.
  • Experience with datacenters or other advanced technologies preferred.
  • Knowledge of construction engineering technology, codes, standards and inter‑departmental dependencies.
  • Understanding of cost‑control methods for EPC, Joint Venture, Lump Sum, Time & Material and Maintenance projects.
  • Skilled in Primavera (P6) and other company‑specific software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering preferred; technical training or related experience considered.
