Insight Global is hiring for an experienced Senior Field Engineer (NETA III or IV) to perform electrical testing and commissioning on power distribution equipment. This role works independently, leads field technicians, and serves as a key customer-facing representative on job sites.
Key Responsibilities- Perform testing on electrical equipment (switch gear, transformers, breakers, relays)
- Use test equipment such as Megger, Ductor, multimeters, CT test sets, and injection testing tools
- Lead and direct technicians on-site
- Review and support Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) with customers
- Communicate findings, issues, and recommendations directly to clients
- Coordinate with Project Managers and ensure quality project execution
- NETA Level III or IV (or NICET III equivalent)
- 10+ years of electrical testing experience (15+ preferred for NETA IV)
- Experience with apparatus and/or relay testing
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Company vehicle or gas card
- Paid travel (beyond 20 miles) + overtime
