You will play a critical role in ensuring success of projects by providing precise and comprehensive electrical cost evaluations.

• Lead the preparation of detailed and accurate electrical cost estimates for data centre projects, ensuring alignment with project specifications and client requirements.
• Analyze project drawings, specifications, and other documentation to determine scope of work and identify cost factors.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for accurate estimates.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing and ensure cost efficiency.
• Prepare and present cost estimates, budgets, and proposals to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Identify potential risks and opportunities within project estimates and provide recommendations for mitigation or optimization.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and advancements in electrical systems and technologies.
• Mentor and guide junior estimators, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
• Review and analyze project documentation to prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather necessary project information.
• Conduct site visits and attend project meetings as required to ensure a thorough understanding of project requirements.
• Research and source competitive pricing from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare and submit comprehensive cost proposals and budgets for review and approval.
• Monitor and update cost estimates as project requirements evolve.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

• Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator with a focus on data centre or large-scale commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and construction methodologies.
• Proficiency in estimating software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Relevant qualifications in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field are highly desirable.
