As a Fab Engineer at Micron Technology, Inc., you will work with a team of process and equipment engineers responsible for starting up, developing, and optimizing processes to improve product quality and reliability. You will handle process yield improvement, cost reduction, productivity improvement, risk management, and resolve manufacturing line problems by applying failure analysis, FMEA, 8D, and SPC methodology. Additional responsibilities include coordinating and carrying out process, equipment, and material evaluation/optimization to implement changes at process steps, leading and participating in yield improvement and cost reduction activities, handling new process baseline qualifications, and managing, auditing, and liaising with material suppliers to achieve quality, cost, and risk management objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Support installation, qualification, and maintenance of electromechanical vacuum systems.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, optimize equipment performance, and improve process reliability.
- Collaborate on automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Maintain accurate documentation for equipment performance, maintenance activities, and process improvements.
- Work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth operations and timely issue resolution.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects to support high‑volume manufacturing goals.
- Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.

Basic understanding of electromechanical vacuum systems; familiarity with semiconductor fundamentals (device operation and fabrication processes); basic knowledge of high‑volume manufacturing environments. - Analytical
