If you'd rather be walking the jobsite than sitting behind CAD, this is the kind of role where your experience matters every single day. You'll be the owner's electrical representative on a major compressor station project, catching problems before they become delays, coordinating contractors, and helping bring complex electrical systems online safely.

This isn't a design position.

It's where construction experience wins projects.

• Serve as the owner's on-site electrical expert throughout construction.
• Verify installations of switch gear, MCCs, E-houses, grounding systems, lighting, cable tray, and power distribution.
• Resolve field issues, RFIs, and constructability challenges before they impact schedule.
• Coordinate electrical interfaces between rotating equipment, vendors, contractors, and engineering teams.
• Support temporary power, on-site generation, and power bridge installations during project execution.
• Maintain NEC compliance and identify issues before energization.
• Manage redlines, punch lists, turnover documentation, and commissioning readiness.

You know the difference between what's shown on a drawing and what actually works in the field.

You've supported electrical construction on industrial facilities, power generation, oil & gas, or similar heavy industrial projects. You're comfortable working with contractors, inspectors, vendors, and engineers, and you're the person people call when an electrical issue needs to be solved instead of discussed.

A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required, along with practical field construction experience and working knowledge of the NEC. Experience with generators, switch gear, MCCs, rotating equipment, or compressor stations is especially valuable.
