Execute feasibility studies and innovation roadmap projects on (sub) system level.

• Develop and validate new concept production to meet customer quality and delivery requirement
• Define problem, collect data and analyze problem, draw valid conclusion, find solution.
• Define study items timing plan
• Innovation idea collection
• Conduct DFMEA / Tolerance stack
• Cooperation with other departments.
• Perform Benchmark analysis
• Undertake other tasks required from management

• Bachelor's degree or above in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering (Master Preferred)
• >5 years working experience on vehicle moving parts or glass & headliner design experience (Preferred)
• Familiar with CATIA, familiar with KIN，can complete KIN creation and analysis independently
• Good skill for English
• Good communication skills with cross‑function team
• Good cooperation and experience with OEMs. (Preferred)
